Your New Role

The primary focus of the Workplace EngagementSpecialist is to drive member engagement by delivering relevant informationand education that supports their goals and financial wellbeing.
TheWorkplace Engagement Specialist’s role is a pivotal role in the acquisition ofnew members, retention of existing members and the overall development ofrelationships and brand with Key employers, unions and associations.

How do you exceed our expectations?

  • The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, representational and written skills with excellent facilitation skills in 1:1 and 1: many settings
  • A comprehensive knowledge of current and proposed superannuation legislation, industry trends and superannuation products
  • 3+ years’ experience in a member focused role within the superannuation or finance sector
  • RG146 accreditation, ASFA Superannuation Diploma and/or relevant business-related tertiary qualifications
  • Sufficient presentation and/or facilitation experience to present confidently to member groups in virtual and in person settings.
  • Experience in driving program utilisation to contribute to business growth and achieve targets.
  • Ability to understand complex technical legislation and plan specific details and translate this knowledge into content and program design.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships and relationships in a unified manner with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
