ABOUT THE ROLE: 
The Workplace Experience Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This multifaceted position involves managing various administrative tasks, providing support to the wider team, and contributing to the overall functionality and positive atmosphere of the workplace. We are looking for someone focused on cultivating a workplace environment that puts our people and culture first.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Manning the reception desk, welcoming and assisting visitors


• Handling incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.


• Assisting the team with catering requests, meeting coordination, mailouts, and general administration support.


• Managing administration processes, including support with New Staff onboarding, Long Service Award program, Purchase Orders and collating data for reporting and expenses.


• Maintaining office supplies inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked.


• Serving as a point of contact for building management services and office maintenance.


• Assisting in the creation and execution of company events.


• Develop and curate visually compelling content for the corporate Instagram account, ensuring alignment with brand identity and promoting our Coty culture.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively across all functional teams.


• Excellent presentation and strong communication skills.


• Impeccable attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• High level organisational ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.


• High level of motivation, energy and drive to execute as briefed and deliver in a timely manner


• A strong enthusiasm for the beauty industry and staying current with emerging trends
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment with a customer service/office experience focus


• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
