About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Workplace Learning & Development Partner to deliver engaging training, facilitation and accredited early childhood qualifications in workplace settings across Australia.  This role is based in Nundah on a full-time basis and offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the early childhood sector.

What you’ll do

• Deliver virtual and face-to-face training, workshops and seminars
• Facilitate and assess accredited early childhood qualifications in the workplace
• Support centre leaders and educators to build capability and embed practice
• Manage a caseload of students, including assessments and competency sign-offs
• Ensure training delivery and administration meets ASQA and RTO compliance requirements

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion, aligned with Busy Bees values
• Significant experience in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
• Experience in workplace training, facilitation and assessment
• Ability to travel nationally, including overnight stays
• Current Working With Children Check and driver’s licence
