This is a newly created role reporting into an inspirational Chief People Officer and partnering closely with the business as a trusted advisor. The Workplace Relations Manager will be accountable for recommending and implementing practical solutions in best-practice performance management and creating a performance-led and supportive culture. This is a highly visible and influential role. You will partner closely with business leaders and the People & Culture team to build capability and accountability in areas such as navigating challenging circumstances, organisational change, building performance capability and other employee relations cases. As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following: - At least 8 years experience in an ER advisory role within a corporate environment;
- Demonstrated experience building leadership capability through coaching and development;
- Solid understanding of Australian employment law/legislation;
- Exceptional influencing and consulting skills;
- In terms of personal traits you will need to demonstrate a focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, teamwork and exceptional customer service.
