The Role

We are seeking a proactive Workshop Administrator to join our team in Yatala. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this busy role will see the successful candidate responsible for support coordination and planning of all fleet maintenance activities throughout QLD.

This is a 9-12-month maternity leave contract with the opportunity for permanency upon completion.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Efficient processing, recording, reviewing, reconciling, reporting, and filing of all maintenance and repair information
• Co-ordination of Colas QLD mobile fleet servicing requirements
• Addressing registration requirements and upgrades
• Co-ordination of annual COI to maintain NHVR compliance
• Co-ordination of Sprayer calibration and Certification
• Assist in the review of current maintenance practices and procedures and implementation of improvements
• Responsibility for the depot in respect to maintaining acceptable levels of cleanliness and effective WHSEQ requirements 
• Other duties as required

The successful candidate will:

• Previous experience in an internal fleet maintenance or management role 
• Knowledge and understanding of maintenance equipment, practices, and procedures
• Experience in maintenance planning
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
• Proficient MS Office skills
