As a Boilermaker, your trade skills and pride in getting the job done right will be key to M2P’s continued success and growth.

Based at our Salisbury workshop, you’ll fabricate a variety of heavy industrial pipework, platework and structural steel. You’ll have access to the most up-to-date equipment and facilities, including a pipe welding robot and CNC machines, and you’ll be supported by approachable senior leaders who want you to succeed.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Utilise your knowledge of GMAW (flux core) and GTAW welding processes
• Fabricate a variety of heavy industrial pipework, platework and structural steel
• Read an interpret technical drawings
• Work with a variety of materials including stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminium and exotics.

What you'll bring:

• It probably goes without saying, you'll need to be competent in metal fab and hold your trade qualification
• If you have any other tickets and quals, they may come in useful; such as EWP, Forklift, non-slewing crane etc.
