About the Company:

Aegis Sales & Service (established in 1984) is a family owned and operated business that provides specialised solutions to a broad range of markets including the oil & gas, medical, education, waste management, local councils, defence, aviation and construction sectors across Queensland and Northern NSW.

The company supplies & maintains a variety of specialised safety equipment and process instrumentation. In recent years we have gained NATA accreditation in the fields of temperature monitoring equipment and pressure measuring devices.

About the Role:

Our business receives various equipment through our workshop for service, calibration, inspection and repair. This includes but is not limited to –

• Portable Gas Detection Equipment
• Electrical Metering, LV/HV Equipment
• Pressure Gauges
• Temperature & Humidity Monitoring Equipment
• Breathalysers
• Height Safety Equipment
• Torque Wrenches

The role is based primarily at our Geebung workshop. The position may also require occasional customer site visits to support our external service team. 

The successful person will receive appropriate training for the roles required within our business.

About You:

You are versatile and adaptable to learn and retain information about many different types of equipment and how to service, calibration and repair. Ideally suited to someone with good mechanical knowledge and hand skills. Intermediate computer skills are also required to maintain our internal database and complete service reports.
