Workshop Supervisor / Leading Hand Maverick Campers (Caboolture)

Maverick Campers is looking for a Workshop Supervisor / Warranty Coordinator to oversee our production team in Caboolture. If you have experience leading a team, can work under pressure, with minimal direction and thrive in a hands-on environment, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and support the team across service, warranty, and assembly tasks.

• Workshop Supervision: Monitor production progress, ensuring efficiency and quality control.

• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

• Hands-On Work: Assist with assembly, upgrades, servicing, and general workshop tasks.

• Administration & Organization: Manage orders, schedules, and inventory while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Weekly reporting to head office required.

• Quality Control: Conduct audits and maintain high standards of workmanship.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a workshop or similar environment.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

• Ability to take control and make decisions with minimal direction.

• Solid organizational and computer skills for administrative tasks.

• Industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
