Your part in our UnitingCare Community team
At UnitingCare Queensland we care for and support children, young people and their families across Queensland to live safe, healthy and productive lives through the delivery of services that are flexible and responsive to their individual needs. UnitingCare Queensland is taking expressions of interest from passionate, emotionally intelligent, creative, and resilient Youth Workers to join our Rockhampton/Yeppoon Out of Home Care team on a casual basis.

Working with young people in residential care who have complex and challenging needs will require a calm and non-judgemental nature. You will be emotionally intelligent, creative and flexible and be able to build strong relationships with the young people. A solid understanding of the child protection system as well as having a strong therapeutic background would be highly advantageous.
