This position is ideal for an entry-level or mid-level programmer, working exclusively with Zoho applications to create an maintain Zoho based application customisation using the Zoho Deluge scripting language, with opportunities to also work within our development team on various .NET-related projects.

The candidate would ideally be based on Adelaide, however we are open to considering exceptional candidates from interstate who are willing to work remotely. Please note we are not accepting applications from offshore businesses.

Training and certification opportunities are available as part of the role to ensure you are set up for success.

Working within a small dynamic team you will be responsible for the following:

• Write Zoho Deluge scripts and configure workflows as per client requirements in various Zoho applications.
• Writing queries in Zoho Analytics.
• Working with REST API's for the purpose of integrating various Zoho applications to other third party cloud-based applications.
• Working with various internal .NET projects.
• Log, manage and close client support tickets via internal help desk system.
• Liaise directly with Zoho to resolve escalated client issues.
• Liaise directly with client contacts.
• Track and maintain data within the internal CRM system.

This role would suit an individual who is just starting their journey into programming, or a programmer that has experience or is interested to gain experience working with Zoho systems.
