Grove Fruit Juice is one of the largest Australian family-owned fresh fruit processors in Australia. We are Australian farming families crafting premium juice straight from our groves. Our brands include Grove Juice, Boost Juice, and Only Juice, as well as an extensive private label portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with clear and timely communication with all major retail customers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and communicate to a high standard with all internal stakeholders to ensure maximum performance for Grove.
  • Align short term category tactics with Groves longer term strategic plans.
  • Deliver superior performance to achieve and exceed the business KPI’s through participating and assisting with high levels of negotiation and category management.
  • Assist with forecasting and demand planning to maximize sales and margin.
  • Drive favourable category review outcomes through the development of Grove’s range and future NPD all in collaboration with the National Account Managers and wider Grove team.
  • Contribute towards the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, monitor performance against targets and take timely action to correct under-budget performance.
  • Utilise scan, industry and Grove data to achieve better business outcomes for Grove
  • Drive growth by assisting with the negotiation of contracts to achieve a strategically targeted range of products (as per business plan) and proactively identify new business opportunities that increase sales, volume and contribution margin.
  • Assist with quarterly business reviews with all major customers to identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability across the major retail accounts.
  • Deliver on service standards for all team members, promoting and maintaining a culture of customer service across the business
  • Assist with actively increase Groves brand profile and marketshare across the country.
  • Measure customer satisfaction via surveys and feedback to recommend opportunities to grow retail accounts.
  • Collaborate with the wider Grove teams to collectively drive higher performance and business improvement.

Essential Criteria

  • Extensive knowledge working with Circana/Temple and industry databases
  • Mimimum of 2 years sales management experience.
  • Experience in working with major retail customers.
  • Knowledge in domestic business practices.
  • Experience in working cross functionally.
  • A very high level of business acumen.
