Sunday to Thursday roster

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting with operations in terms of rostering, reporting & admin

Driving sales & KPIs on the shop floor with your team

Assisting the Store Manager with recruitment and performance management

Leading by example with your team of 10 including training & development
You will have:

2+ years ASM, 3IC or Keyholder experience in a retail environment

Strong admin skills to support with rostering, reporting etc

Outgoing, positive and energetic personality

True passion to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs
