Your New Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining the new business portfolio for our Remarketing and Vehicle Solutions division. You will also be looking after the existing clients within the territory of WA and some in SA (occasional travel required). With a focus on achieving specific objectives and key performance indicators, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of our products and services to increase sales and revenue. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary, vehicle allowance, and commission-based structure.

In this exciting role, you'll be on the road, developing relationships with key people in the automotive industry and clients in various market sectors. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company by cross-selling retail and data solutions to new business. Key accountabilities include:

• Planning and strategy: Positively embrace field support tools and provide input to ongoing market analysis to develop sales and marketing effectiveness.
• Targets and business development: Prospect and account manage new business opportunities to meet targets and objectives.
• Customer engagement: Proactively assess customer needs and coordinate CAA team members to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
• Process improvement: Provide feedback to support product and services enhancement, engage in performance development tools, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What do we need from you?

• Experience in a similar role in a medium to large organization,
• Exposure to working in the automotive industry
• Ability to build relationships
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce or other CRM system would be desirable.
