Job Description - Client Service Consultant

The Client Service Team supports our customers of our retail bank and will be the first point of contact for clients via live chat.

What role will you play? 

As a Client Service Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs about their financial products and services. You will demonstrate the ability to ask the right questions and find the right solutions for our customers via live chat and phone where required. This will include occasionally making outbound calls to our Clients, Advisors or Brokers

You will identify and escalate issues to supervisors including opportunities for improvement on our best practise guides and direct queries to the appropriate support teams. 

What you offer 

  • Customer service experience, prior experience using live chat would be an advantage but not essential
  • Proven background in achieving and exceeding individual targets and ensuring accurate delivery of customer enquiries and instructions 
  • Ability to adhere to standards by following contact centre processes and guidelines 
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal with a proven exceptional level of accuracy
  • Strong time management skills, decision making skills, and prioritisation skills.
