Mater Mothers’ Hospital currently have an opportunity available for an experienced and passionate Clinical Midwife to join our Antenatal Postnatal and Gynaecology Inpatient wards MM9 & MM10. 2 opportunities are on offer, 1 permanent and 1 medium term contract. The inpatient wards cover a significant range of patients, and from early pregnancy to postnatal care. We excel in management of high risk pregnancies and bereavement care, being a large tertiary referral hospital. We provide early labour care and perform inductions of labour, including Prostin, Balloon Catheters and Cervadil.

Providing exceptional care and support of women and their families, Mater Mothers' Hospitals offer integrated services covering obstetrics, gynaecology, neonatology, and maternal fetal medicine.
Salary range: $48.66 - $52.13 (RN2) per hour plus superannuation
What you'll be doing
The successful applicant will provide clinical nurse/midwifery leadership and management on a day to day basis and deliver evidence-based care to women ranging from the care of normal, low risk women through to complex obstetric, medical and gynaecology care requiring an extensive multidisciplinary approach.
