District Sales Manager
The District Sales Manager will be performed in ways that benefit all the company's key stakeholders (groups directly affected by success or failure of business) consistent with and supportive of BRP's vision, mission and values.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
1. Achieve the wholesale, retail unit and PA&A (Parts, Accessories & Apparel) sales targets (in value) for the responsible dealerships, maximizing BRP's business opportunities and contributing to the long-term business success.
2. Leverage the BRP Dealer Certification Program to maximize dealer network engagement & profitability
3. Define and Consistently Implement a Personal Development Plan
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
·University degree or equivalent commercial qualification
·Experience working with a dealer & distributor network
·Experience in the powersports or motorized vehicle industry would be advantageous
·Proven track record of successfully delivering results in a fast paced and high growth environment.
·Strong computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Google Sheets)
·Irreproachable work ethics & integrity
·Business acumen, results oriented and a strong drive to achieve
·Solution oriented, demonstrates initiative, agility & flexibility
·Strong intrinsic motivation and ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team.
·Communicative personality with strong relationship building abilities
·Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle difficult discussions with dealer
·Excellent customer orientation, influencing & presentation skills
·Analytical & reporting skills and rigor
