A well-established Financial Institution is looking for an experienced Learning DesignerYour new organisation


You will be part of a major Australian Financial Services and Banking Firm, operating primarily in retail banking. This role is based in Melbourne CBD, Docklands.


Your new roleAs a Learning Designer:

• You will create thorough Learning and Training documentation on a higher level
• You are well versed in both instructional design and process / work instruction documentation.
• You will effectively communicate with senior stakeholders to plan and design process documentation.
• You will have exposure within major Banking Firms across various Projects (preferably Lending)
• You will have some lending or operations experience (Ideally)
