Job Description: Seeking a creative and energetic promotions go-getter who will be instrumental in promoting our diverse offerings. This role is vital in showcasing our unique blend of services – from our specialty coffee, espresso martinis, tapas, functions and events. The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies, implement social media campaigns to elevate our brand, and attract a diverse clientele, leveraging our stunning waterfront location and locally roasted Jervis Bay Coffee.
Initially a casual position, bar and cocktail shifts are available to increase hours. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Marketing: Create and manage social media campaigns highlighting our coffee, cocktails, tapas, and the breathtaking waterfront view.
Online Sales and Booking Management: Oversee online sales channels and booking systems with QR Codes for easy ordering, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for both the café and restaurant.
Event Coordination: Organise and promote events that encapsulate the essence of our waterfront setting, such as sunset tapas evenings and coffee tasting sessions by the bay.
Direct Marketing to Local Businesses: Build partnerships with local businesses for collaborative events and promotions, highlighting our waterfront location.
Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing marketing materials that capture the essence of our waterfront setting and diverse offerings.
Merchandising: Creatively display products and merchandise to reflect the unique ambiance of our waterfront establishment.
Bar Position:
Bar shifts as per roster.

The Person:
Passion for coffee, cocktails, relevant experience in hospitality is an advantage.
Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and graphic design.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
