With an extensive range of high-quality products including kitchenware, tableware, linens, amenities, and more, they are dedicated to providing outstanding service and value to their clients in the hospitality and retail industries. Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving their targets and objectives. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a love for cooking and food. Key Responsibilities:

Assist our sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing sales reports.

Work closely with our sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or a related field.

Previous Cheffing/Cooking experience Desired.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A genuine love for food and a good understanding of kitchen and hospitality equipment

Benefits: 

Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 + Super.

Monday - Friday roster with occasional Saturday work.
