Your opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Risk & Security Manager to join our Westfield Tuggerah team. This role offers diverse responsibilities, centered on spearheading the security and risk management operations of the Centre. Your primary objective will be ensuring the utmost safety and security for our employees, contractors, retailers, and valued customers.
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:
As a part of our asset team, you’ll also have Duty Management responsibilities where you’ll be required to work a late night or weekend shift (on a roster), which will be balanced with a day off in lieu.

You bring a strong background in security, risk management, and workplace health & safety, coupled with a leadership approach defined by warmth, approachability, and engagement, maintaining composure and thoughtfulness under pressure while also communicating confidently and articulately to ensure clarity in all interactions.
