Summary: Responsible for managing all aspects of the retail store, from staff supervision to sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels
- Establish and enforce store policies
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage store displays and product placements
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
- Handle financial transactions and cash management
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or retail management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Proficiency with retail technology and software
