Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website. The Social Media Specialist will report into Director of Marketing to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
• Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
• Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
• Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
