We are looking for someone ready for the next career challenge in commercial insurance. Well experienced, ideally claims but alternatively relevant legal, underwriting, recoveries or customer relations backgrounds, who now want to develop their coaching and mentoring skills, to progress their careers in technical claims management toward a senior claims portfolio manager or technical specialist, focussing on complex claims environments of casualty and specialty lines.
You will work closely with the broader technical community to establish frameworks and practices, optimising claims outcomes for customers and enabling the growth and development of claims officers from new starters to specialist claims portfolio managers.
While the role is a 12-month opportunity initially, proven and capable performers will have visibility internally of new permanent opportunities as they may arise and likely before they are advertised.
