What will you do?

Our Web Fulfilment team seeks a motivated and experienced self-starter with excellent proofing skills and attention to detail. The successful applicant will think like a business owner and proof like a pro.

• Proof all website content, ensuring our strict quality standards are maintained
• Ensure content meets the requirements of our clients by reviewing client onboarding information
• Ensure content is Search Engine Optimised
• Deliver a quality end result that aligns with our internal efficiency targets
• Proactively develop and maintain authentic relationships with internal stakeholders across the business

Who are you & what will you bring?

• Exceptional Writing and Proofing Skills
• Proficient use of AI software tools (ChatGPT / Jasper)
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated background in writing and proofing Digital Content that matches the needs of the client, as well as their audience
• Time Management proficiency – balancing your time without compromising quality
• Solid Team Player – you collaborate, you speak up, you support the customer vision
• Ensuring content complies with our in-house style guide
• Fact-checking AI-generated content against client-provided information
• Journalism/Communication/Arts degree encouraged but not required
