• Developing and maintaining accurate workforce forecasting models to anticipate future staffing needs and trends with a focus on internal and external dispute resolution complaints.
• Monitoring and evaluating workforce metrics to track performance and efficiency of workforce strategies.
• Providing strategic recommendations based on data to support decision making including using assumptions for scenario modelling complaints.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to align workforce strategies with organisational goals.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors to support workforce sourcing efforts.
  

About You

• Extensive experience in workforce forecasting and data visualisation tools.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning methodologies and processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
• Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
