We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (Inside Sales) to join the high performing sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by nurturing leads, identify business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategise on approaches to target key accounts and industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the value proposition of their solutions.
- Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns and initiatives aimed at generating leads and increasing brand awareness.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Account Management or Inside Sales, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Salary Package:$90K-$100K Base + Super + Comms.
