Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time $80,000 – $110,000 per year + commission Medical Forum is an independent medical media company. A trusted brand by the doctors of WA, we produce a monthly glossy magazine, podcasts and a suite of digital products. Join us to develop and drive advertising sales strategies and innovative responses to campaign briefs to grow revenue. Provide client-focussed media solutions across all Medical Forum’s offerings including digital, print, and podcasts.  The Role Reporting to the company directors, you will be responsible for developing and driving advertising sales strategies for medical and related clients, maximising advertising revenue.  Provide hands-on account management including client collaborations and project management of key campaigns across print, digital and podcasts. Ensure seamless campaign implementation for your customers. Formulate, implement, and manage strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Assume the role of a trusted advisor with a core focus on fostering strong media partnerships, retaining, and growing key clients, and acquiring new business.  Collaborate with our team to develop innovative solutions for your customers, driving new potential revenue streams. Who are you? You will be an experienced and commercially astute media or medical sales professional who ideally has experience in Agency, Media environments or the Medical industry in WA. You will be collaborative and an excellent team player. You will have a fresh and dynamic approach to driving sales strategies across various platforms for both revenue growth and retention.  You will have outstanding negotiation skills in addition to being able to think strategically and act tactically.  You will be agile, forward-thinking and driven to achieve sales results. You're a true relationship manager who is confident in dealing with both direct clients and senior stakeholders. You’re a natural networker who understands what is required to build and maintain effective relationships.
