We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to join a global company, specialising in Access Control, Identity Management, and Electronic Security technologies and solutions.

You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with a select group of high-profile end user accounts in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to support customer interests, drive revenue growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business with existing clients, and identify opportunities for improvement to exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop end-user focused tools such as whitepapers, brochures, web content, speaker engagements, and customer events.
• Develop and implement tailored programs to meet the specific needs of key end-user accounts.
• Understand and analyse the business models of end-user accounts as they relate to security needs.
• Work with internal technical resources and project teams to facilitate the transition to advanced technologies.
• Provide briefings and training sessions for end-users to establish the company as a trusted advisor.
• Effectively interface with other departments and business units to align activities and support organisational goals.
• Maintain a high level of understanding of the product spectrum, benefits, and future roadmap.
• Attend and actively participate in industry tradeshows, meetings, and company events, with a focus on speaking and presentation opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Physical Access Control, Identity Management, RFID, or other related electronic security technologies.
• Experience within the Banking, Education, and Commercial Real Estate markets.
• Proven success in developing and executing strategic initiatives with end-users, leading to sales growth.
• Familiarity with physical and logical access control systems and mobile-centric digital transformation.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and other digital tools.
• Strong organisational, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.

Salary Package: $140K-$150K Base+Super+Comms. (OTE $210K-$220K).
