As a delivery Infrastructure Architect Lead within our Project Services team you will perform a pivotal role for our client. You will embed within the account, live and breathe their technology portfolios and help guide their evolution. This is a technical, hands-on architecture role so your skills need to be current.

  • Act as the CIS lead into key accounts to uncover opportunities and drive growth
  • Liaise with client peers (architects and stakeholders) to build a trusted advisor role
  • Drive continuous improvement and reduction in manual effort by automation prospects.
  • Root cause analysis and service improvement solutions
  • Liaise with appropriate teams for development of pre-sales quotes and SoW’s
  • Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures
  • Utilise Microsoft best practices across cloud + on-premises implementations

We provide cloud focused delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, and cloud service management/delivery.



Let’s talk about your capability and experience





  • 10 years’ experience in technical or solution architecture
  • Traditional data centre experience with a focus in infrastructure and applications.
  • Experience building technical roadmaps that keep our customers’ environments business aligned, secure and minimise technical debt.
  • Taking customer inputs and developing solution and technical architectures, including gap analysis and work packages to close the gap.
  • Citrix, Hyper-V, VMWare, Linux, Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Strong Azure skills and experience
  • Strong Level 3 Wintel experience
  • Expert AD, ADFS skills
  • Public Key infrastructure experience
  • VMWare VCP
  • Hands on experience with Exchange, and SCOM
  • Exchange and O365 administration experience
  • Strong scripting skills to support automation efforts (PowerShell)
  • Thorough understanding of Cloud Computing: virtualization technologies, Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Software as a Service
  • ITIL Foundations v3 Certification
  • Solid understanding of on-premises infrastructure (networks, routers, switches, firewalls, SANs, servers and operating systems form a part of the solution stack).
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure – focus on IaaS but PaaS also advantageous.
  • Supporting technical platforms: Citrix, VMware, *Nix and Windows OS, Nutanix.
