We would like to hear from experienced, hungry and results-driven Area Sales Managers for our St Marys branch. It's always an exciting time to join an established business during a growth phase - developing, nurturing, and growing that all-important client base. This is a challenge that will reinvigorate your passion and drive for sales; we offer a generous base salary plus superannuation, which is coupled with unlimited earning potential as you will also be part of our uncapped commission structures.

Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Establishing yourself as an industry client solution partner.

Driving revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.

Establishing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Spending time in the field by conducting customer site visits that strengthen business relationships.

As well as a person who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement, we are looking for someone with a hunter's mentality; a real hunger and drive to seize any opportunity regardless of what challenges may arise, in addition to this they will have;

  • Demonstrated experience in similar sales roles with a successful track record for achieving incredible sales results.
  • Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work.
  • Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • A fun, energetic and hardworking approach.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached for success.
  • Current driver's license.
