You will be joining a friendly, and positive team who are passionate about all things automotive, providing an exceptional customer experience and achieving high results.
As a Sales Consultant at Sunshine Coast GWM and Caloundra GWM, you are part of the Pacific Gympie Dealership group with three dealership locations at Gympie and the Sunshine Coast and includes brands such as GWM, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Honda and Goodyear Autocare. The Pacific Gympie dealership group is family-owned and has been operating for over 20 years. Pacific Gympie provides jobs to over 80 Sunshine Coast and Gympie locals and we have a strong commitment towards providing a fun and happy workplace for our staff and an excellent experience for our customers.
So, who are we looking for?
- Previous sales experience is highly desirable.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- The proven ability to provide exceptional customer service whilst closing a sale.
- Experience in the Pentana DMS and computer software (desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and be a valued team member.
- Excellent ability to resolve conflicts.
- The demonstrated ability to build customer relationships.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Someone with a passion for all things automotive and a great CAN-DO ATTITIUDE !
What will you be responsible for?
- Customer Interaction - Greet customers warmly, build rapport to establish a positive relationship and listen attentively to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Product Knowledge - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, effectively be able to communicate vehicle features and benefits to customers and provide comparisons to the various models.
- Sales Process - Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery and post follow-up. Conduct test drives and demonstrate the vehicle capabilities, negotiate prices and terms to close the sale whilst maintaining profitability for the dealership. Assist with financing options and explain the warranty and service plans. Complete all necessary paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow-up - Follow up with all customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain ongoing communication to foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Team Collaboration - Collaborate with sales managers and other team members to meet sales targets and dealership objectives. Enthusiastic participation in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and product knowledge.
