Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Bookkeeper with experience in MYOB and/or MYOB Advanced to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background working with engineering or manufacturing businesses. Experience in internal sales will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using MYOB/MYOB Advanced
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist with payroll processing
• Support the internal sales team as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
• Perform other bookkeeping duties as required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in MYOB and/or MYOB Advanced
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in internal sales is a plus
