We’re currently receiving expressions of interest for a number of key opportunities within our highly prominent Sales Solutions Team. JLL’s global Work Dynamics business partners with clients across industry sectors to enhance the performance of their real estate portfolios and people. Through a comprehensive global service delivery platform, Work Dynamics provides a diverse range of services, strategy and digital solutions that address the entire real estate cycle on a local to global scale for more than 500 clients across 80 countries. These will be incredible opportunities with primary responsibility of driving revenue growth for the Work Dynamics platform. You will generate and support the pipeline to actively advance new relationships, focus on the retention of current business, and overall strengthening JLL’s position toward outsourcing opportunities within Australasia. A snapshot of the roles; Driving revenue growth through new and existing sales channels, including geos, verticals and markets Working with multiple stakeholders including the Sales Enablement Team to respond to RFP’s (both new and existing) Managing a collaborative relationship with our sales team, fostering your own opportunities and leads to enable further growth across the business Driving and supporting contract negotiations to ensure we maximise profitability and mitigate risk Partnering with Research and Business Line Leaders/ Verticals to ensure in-depth of knowledge of each potential client’s industry, business and company Serve as a credible and active member of the real estate community, participating in relevant organisations serving as a subject matter expert Actively prospect and support pure new business and contract retention opportunities Supporting the development of the overall solution for clients which ensures a high win rate Providing support, insights and direction to our Head of Sales for highly strategic multi-region pursuits/ presentations Managing appropriate governance and mitigate risks by engaging SME’s and creating quality recommendations to Commercial Review Board Sound like you? The opportunities will form part of our team comprised of Solution Managers, Pursuits/ Bid specialists, Business Line Leaders, Service Line SME’s, Consulting and Marketing, and ensure the appropriate resources are brought to each client engagement to maximise profitability and mitigate risk. The roles require strategic problem-solving ability and established credibility in the Facilities Management community that instils confidence and trust.
