Now, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Sales Associate to join their ranks. This position will see you focusing on a mixed asset class, expanding on established networks, and prospecting for new listings. You will be a strong negotiator and can easily adapt to change. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working alongside a Managing Director
• Managing current and active leads
• Campaign management.
• Buyer work
• Submissions
• Follow up on leads and enquiries through the web-site and marketing
• Vendor management
• Updating the database
• Inspecting commercial properties with prospective buyers
• Sourcing data from various outlets
• Mail marketing, phone canvassing and LinkedIn marketing
• Just sold & leased marketing on website and letter heads
• Ad hoc administration duties
