You will also… Work closely with in-house Finance, Landscaping and Operations teams Be pro-actively sourcing new leads and service existing clients Be willing to work weekends and after hours when clients are available to see you Participate in ongoing training and development COMPENSATION: This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance. Monthly income potential for full-time work is $8K – 20K+ If you’re average you will earn 100K per year If you’re a superstar you will earn 170K - 240K per year TASKS YOU'LL BE PERFORMING: ** Visiting and helping families through the process of choosing and installing a high quality swimming pool product ** Working with your sales manager to ensure the highest return possible on your time and effort with new pool enquiries ** Management of a basic sales pipeline CRM: Each day you will update and manage CRM notes and call sheets. REQUIRED SKILLS: To qualify for this job with our company, you must possess the following skills: ** Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with potential clients.
