Head of Sales - Sydney, Australia - Advance Human SolutionsDescription Has managed a business >$50M USD yrs in the telecom and/or IT industryDeep understanding of the digital infrastructure landscape Our client is an accomplished Global Integrator of communications products and services for multinational corporations. We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales professional that will win business for our client in the new wave of digital services, centred around next generation Network & Telecommunications (including SDWAN and SSE, SASE solutions) Unified Communications & Collaboration, Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Cloud services and solutions, Security Managed Services and new generation Business and Technology Head of Sales, you will be responsible for controlling all aspects of the tactics and operations of sales in the defined geographical area and contributing to the ongoing strategic development of the sales environment. Reporting to the Managing Director, your mission will be to maximise margins, profits, and customer satisfaction. But also, it is critical to maximize the efficiency of sales operations.ResponsibilitiesCountry, subRegional or Regional level responsibility for sales achievement in line with corporate strategies and the delivery of quality services to Company clients. Country or subRegional responsibility for achievement of sales targets. Role covers the management of new business development, enterprise sales and/or specialist and product sales. Development of service offerings in line with market demands, in liaison with sales and sales related functional groups. Development of resources to ensure skill levels match both current and future operational requirements. Managing the local sales qualification process Commitment to the business pipeline for business process planning Account planning Administrating the commission planning, implementation, and payment process. Maintenance and development of customer satisfaction through efficient task management and communication. Country liaison with thirdparty suppliers and vendors and management of the ongoing relationship. Support sales staff by leveraging additional salesrelated resources for specific prospective bids. Career management of reporting Sales RequirementsHas managed a business >$50M USD years in the telecom and/or IT industry in related work experience with strong business and financial acumenDeep understanding of the digital infrastructure landscape : This includes data centers, cloud computing, network solutions, security, and emerging technologies like IoT and AIGraduate level or equivalent with a background of sales in a telecommunication or network integration company. An industry leader in managing large and complex sales deals Strong leadership skills, resultsdriven, excellent sales and organizational skills, must demonstrate success in achieving sales targets and closing deals with large enterprises in Australia A record of strong performance in sales revenue generation, consistently exceeding goals Understanding of network and networkrelated services market Expertise in crafting compelling solutions and value propositions: Clear demonstrable experience in addressing specific customer needs and pain points, highlighting the business impact of relevant and available solutions#J-18808-Ljbffr
