The Internal Sales Executive will support Ecoteq in achieving our core sales objectives, striving for exceptional growth in line with our 3-year strategy. The main focus of the role is to develop lead generation into client meetings for the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Activities:
- Make outbound phone calls to cold/warm leads from data/lists provided in Salesforce.
- Use Ecoteq Outbound Lead Process, scripts, and templates to book meetings with Decision Makers for the Sales Team.
- Deliver EcoTeq Outbound scripts, including objection handling in accordance with Conquest Outbound Process.
- Inbound Sales Management:
- Manage and qualify incoming sales leads through all sources.
- Book meetings for the Sales Team following the Incoming Lead process and response times.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Complete Customer Care Calls to maintain existing customer relationships.
- Establish rapport with Gatekeepers, Recommenders, and Decision Makers.
- Communicate with the marketing team to improve efficiencies of all marketing activities.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare weekly activity reports, analyze results, and make improvements.
- Record contact details, company information, and call notes in Salesforce.
- Schedule callbacks and follow-up tasks in Salesforce.
- Send emails to support outbound call activities using company templates.
- Manage the leads process in Salesforce to ensure sufficient detail is captured for conversion to an opportunity/meeting.
- Reschedule meetings as requested by the team.
- Record and update information in CRM.
- Team Collaboration:
- Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure leads are followed through and the right information is being captured.
- Participate in weekly/monthly meetings and routine training.
- Support system development and improvements.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Expertise: Proven experience in generating leads and scheduling appointments through cold and warm outbound calls, particularly in industrial capital goods sales.
- High-Volume Outbound Calling: Must be comfortable making a significant number of outbound calls per day.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong IT and systems experience to navigate internal tools and databases efficiently.
- Sales Process Mastery: A deep understanding of the sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, handling objections, and nurturing leads.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional phone manner, ability to build rapport with customers, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer-Centric Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.
