About the Client

THE CLIENT:

Our Client in the Hiring Service journey began in the late seventies and over the next four decades expanded from its humble beginnings in general hire, to become one of South Australia's largest independently owned hire companies. Specialising in the hire and manufacture of portable buildings, toilets, temporary fencing, and much more, their Hiring Service provide services to residential, civil, commercial, industrial and event markets in South Australia.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Trade sales Office .
  • Processing transactions and customer orders into the computer system.
  • Receive phone sales enquiries & follow up with quotes.
  • Organise and co-ordinate product to site
  • Offer technical advice on our vast range of products.

Skills and experience

  • Understanding of the various products / services our Client supplies & capabilities.
  • A high level of customer service.
  • Competent computer knowledge.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and be a team player.
  • Developing relationships, maintaining current customer accounts /rappa and identifying customer needs.
  • Sales focused customer service both over the trade office , in person and phone.
  • Strong attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
