We are currently partnering with a leading boutique investment firm as they look to grow their team and appoint an Investment Specialist to join their growing Melbourne office.

As the Investment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing investment guidance and support to wholesale clients. Working closely with the Investments team, you will serve as the voice for all external communications.

Responsibilities will include developing sales presentations, responding to research house requests and act at the main point of contact for data flow to investment platforms. Additionally, you will produce monthly factsheet commentary, provide regular investment commentary for media release, and prepare reporting for key mandate investor accounts.

We are seeking candidates with prior experience in equities, either from distribution or investing roles. Ideal candidates may include investment specialists, technical front office professionals from funds distribution or client service, or equity analysts. Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid technical investments acumen and possess exceptional communication skills. Additionally, attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong organizational abilities are essential qualities for this role.
