Junior Design & Sales Coordinator

The Role

The Junior Design & Sales Coordinator will work closely with our clients to understand their signage needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction by accurately capturing requirements and communicating timelines effectively. Additionally, the Junior Design & Sales Coordinator will liaise with external vendors as necessary to fulfill customer requests. While graphic design skills are beneficial, the primary focus of this role is on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

You

The ideal candidate should possess experience with design software and graphics editing tools, along with familiarity with design techniques. Understanding visual elements and staying updated on industry trends is essential. Responsibilities include gathering necessary information and materials, adhering to brand guidelines, and accurately estimating project timelines and costs. This entails proofreading for quality assurance, conceptualizing designs, and adjusting them based on feedback from the design team. A keen eye for detail, effective time management, and multitasking abilities are crucial. Additionally, the ability to quickly learn new software, creativity, and problem-solving aptitude are desired traits for this role. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are also necessary, involving promptly addressing queries, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and effectively resolving issues throughout the process
