Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Engineering, Technical and Office Support talent. Our Engineering and Technical temporary recruitment team is looking for a new Recruitment Consultant. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary and quarterly commission structure. We're based in Burswood, close to free parking and public transport. We have a strong number of current temporary vacancies for you to work on as soon as you start. They are with some of WA's biggest and best employers - companies that people want to work for. That makes your job easier when you are trying to find prospective candidates. We're an established team of recruiters too. When you start, you'll have a team of people here to help you settle and make you feel at home. You'll also go through an extensive training program within your first couple of months. Everything you need to succeed in the role. In Terms Of a Standard Day, You'll Look After

• Liaising directly with hiring managers regarding job vacancies
• Advertising, sourcing candidates via a variety of avenues, including Seek, Seek Talent, LinkedIn, our database, networking - and any other means to get the right person for the job.
• Looking after pre-employment such as reference checking, work rights checks and setting up placements within our Fast Track database.
• Visiting client sites and meeting with hiring managers and on-site employees
• Post-placement care of on-site employees
• Managing an established desk
• Working with Tier 1 mining companies
• Other recruitment related duties.
  

In terms of your background, you'll ideally have some experience in a previous recruitment role. However, we're also open to graduates in HR or a similar discipline, as well as someone from a sales or customer service background. You'll also ideally have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritise your work. Exposure To Below Systems Would Be Extremely Advantageous
