Job Description - Regional sales manager

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and inspire a team of real estate agents, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that enhances their professional development and performance.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to devise cutting-edge sales strategies that position us as industry leaders.
  • Goal Setting and Performance Tracking: Set ambitious sales goals for the team and individuals, monitoring their progress and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Recruitment and Training: Identify talent gaps within the team and actively participate in the recruitment process. Conduct training sessions to ensure agents are equipped with the latest sales techniques and industry knowledge.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients and nurture new leads, creating lasting connections and building a loyal customer base.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of local and national real estate trends, staying ahead of the competition and identifying untapped opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design innovative campaigns and promotional activities that attract potential buyers and sellers.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data and present reports to the senior management team, providing insights into performance and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a successful real estate agent or sales manager in the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate CRM software and online marketing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
