Business Development Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team at Reynolds American in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an entry-level position, this role presents the opportunity for growth and development within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals - Assist in the development of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our products and services - Assist in the negotiation and closing of business deals - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and be resourceful in problem-solving - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Strategic planning capabilities - No previous experience required, but a passion for business development and sales is a must
