Business Development Associate

Job Description:

MetLife is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Business Development Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a member of our business development team, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. 3. Research market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and materials. 5. Present proposals and pitches to potential clients. 6. Analyze data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies. 7. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 4. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
