Job Description:

Discovery Communications is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related field. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of new business initiatives - Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Persuasion and planning soft skills
