Phillips 66 is seeking a motivated and independent Business Development Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 2 years of relevant experience. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting with the development and implementation of growth strategies.

Responsibilities: - Researching and identifying new business opportunities in the market - Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients - Developing and implementing growth strategies to drive business development - Collaborating with internal teams to support business development initiatives - Providing timely and accurate reporting on business development activities - Supporting senior management in various business development projects - Contributing to the overall growth and success of the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - At least 2 years of experience in business development or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and driven personality traits - Ability to think critically and pay attention to detail - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Experience working remotely and managing projects independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
