Job Description - Corporate sales manager

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager at memobottle who is ready to take our corporate and branded sales channel to the next level. Interested?

Companies from all around the world are looking to partner with memobottle for unique, sustainable branded products to gift to employees, and clients or to use for events. Your job is to find, excite and ultimately bring these partnerships to life. In the past year alone we have worked alongside incredible companies such as Spotify, Nike and Meta to place their logos on our memobottle products. This dynamic role will be based in our vibrant Melbourne office and will see you working alongside some of the world’s most loved companies and brands. 

Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Capacity: Full time

Location: (Hybrid) Richmond, Melbourne

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 pa (base + bonus)

What your day might look like:

  • Conducting proactive outreach to potential corporate clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Managing and optimising the HubSpot CRM to ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are logged accurately.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Handling negotiations on pricing and options, ensuring customer satisfaction and closing deals effectively.
  • Requesting and managing client logo files and coordinating with the marketing team to create visual mock-ups.
  • Tracking all orders and communicating with the branding factory to initiate the branding process.
  • Passing confirmed orders to the operations team for invoicing and coordinating the shipment of stock from the warehouse to the branding factory for branding.
  • Regularly managing and optimizing the company databases and platforms to ensure visibility to increase sales opportunities.
  • Planning and coordinating participation in promotional gifting trade shows and industry events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted LinkedIn posts and ads to drive corporate sales.
  • Monitoring sales performance and reporting regularly on key metrics and progress against targets.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Providing feedback to the senior management team on market trends, client feedback, and potential areas for growth.

You will require:

  • Prior experience working in a sales or account management role.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms) is essential.
  • Experience with targeted outreach - LinkedIn, outbound email etc
  • Confidence (but not arrogance – you know the difference).
  • Experience in order processing and management (from invoicing through to payment).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • A big-picture and creative mindset with a solutions-based approach to sales.
  • A willingness for domestic and international travel to manage and run trade shows.
  • Based in Melbourne and able to work from our office in Richmond with the memobottle team, while also having the flexibility to work from home.
