Growth management analyst

We are searching for a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst to join our team in Sydney, reporting to our RGM Manager- Mainstream Beer. This is a permanent role and is available on a hybrid basis, which means you’ll have the flexibility to work from home and our York Street Office. In this role you will be playing an active part in driving the businesses growth and success for both the short and long term. Focusing on our mainstream Beer products (think your favourites, Hahn, Tooheys, XXXX, Guiness and many more!) you will partner with both Brand and Sales to help drive the success of our products. A day in the life

• Create/ manage/ review long- and short-term pricing and promotion strategy across the Mainstream Beer portfolio, identifying marketplace drivers that impact price realisation with data driven insights and recommendations.
• Analyse of the market with the goal of identifying our SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities & Threats) with the goal of driving further success.
• Develop insight-led promotional strategies and identify trade spend optimisation opportunities.
• Support the New Product Development (NPD) pricing strategy through data driven insights.
• Complete adhoc analysis as and when needed, with an action minded.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience analysing data with expertise using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (such as Power BI, Nielsen, Aztec/ IRI, Summit, Synergy)
• Previous experience across Category Analytics or Revenue Growth Analytics would be beneficial experience in this role
• Ability to build strong and constructive relationships across stakeholders is essential in this role
• Ability to work through high levels of ambiguity and complexity with an action orientated mindset.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
