Leisure Travel Coordinator

We are seeking individuals with great enthusiasm for the travel industry! Leisure Travel Coordinators are the primary point of contact for the client and are responsible for promoting, booking and maintaining travel arrangements for individuals, groups and/or businesses. We work with various major vendors/suppliers and have the ability to tailor a vacation to each and every client. This is your chance to break into the busy industry of travel and work under a host agency with over 70 years experience and success. Take control of your life and book some incredible trips! The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele. Always looking for the specific client needs.
Certification and Training is provided. This is a remote position! Responsibilities:

• Plan vacation experiences, tour packages, day trips, e xcursions, events, transportation, and accommodations.
• Book flights, cruises, rail, rental cars, hotels, tickets, a nd travel insurance online and via telephone.
• Stay informed with the latest travel & leisure deals, a dvisories, destination updates, and supplier t raining.
• Stay plugged into our weekly training opportunities so you are maximizing top sales potential through all b ooking requests.
• Facilitate payment plans to accommodate your clients' v acation package needs.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Proficiency in English; bilingual is an advantage
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
• Demonstrable ability to handle all travel accommodations
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be adept or at least positive about using social m edia
• Enjoy helping others
• Must own a computer and have reliable internet
