Sales Assistant / Manager

The Opportunity:

• Consistently achieve sales, store and personal KPI targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a well presented store
• Manage all issues arising from staff or customers
• Manage trade accounts for store (if applicable)
• Manage stocktaking and stock control for store
• Manage the receipt and distribution of deliveries
• Maintain showroom ensuring it is kept clean & safe at all times
• Reporting and sales 
• Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Drivers licence 
• 2 years minimum experience in industry or similar
• Management experience in the retail sector is preferred (home improvement or construction sales advantageous)
• Experience in managing and meeting KPI's
• Good level of computer literacy and MS applications (MYOB experience advantageous)
• Ability to build effective working relationships and create lasting clientelle
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Staff and Customer management
